Example of thermal label dimensions

Label Width X Height

Understanding label width x height can help in selecting the correct label for your needs. For example, here is a 2" x 1" label. The 2" is the width of the label as it comes out of the printer (or off the roll). The height is the length of the label as it comes out of the printer. Almost all standard labels have a 1/8" gap between each label.

All printers have a maximum label width. If you're not sure of your printers specs, you can check the maximum label width of your Zebra Printer by clicking here

Bright white, ultra smooth finish, direct thermal labelstock which produces high contract, black, visible light images. It's all temperature acrylic based adhesive is excellent for freezer grade materials. The thermal sensitive topcoating ensures maximum printhead life and protects the label from harsh environmental conditions.
