About Our Service

When you send a machine in for service, we do a thorough evaluation. We then call you with an EXACT price to fix your tape machine.

This is an actual machine sent in for repair.

Before

After Tigerseal® Products service

After a complete teardown, the frames and parts are cleaned. The rust

around the moistening tank has been treated with  a rust prohibitive

coating. The rusted fasteners have been replaced with stainless steel.

After completion the machine is tested thoroughly in the service department.

The machine is then retested in shipping before packaging.

What If It's Not Worth Fixing ?

If we feel that it's not worth fixing, we'll tell you. If you feel the repair costs are too high, we'll return it to you at no charge.

What Is Involved When We Repair A Machine ?

Every machine we repair is disassembled and cleaned. Frame rust around the water tank is coated with rust proof paint. Your machine is then reassembled with the new parts. All adjustments are brought back to factory specs  Your machine is then tested twice to insure that all components are working properly.

How Long Does Service Take ?

We call you with the repair cost the next business day after your machine arrives. If you give us the okay to repair, the repairs and testing process takes 3-4 business days.

Is Service Guaranteed ?

Absolutely!  All service work is guaranteed for 6 months parts & labor. You're only responsible for shipping the machine back to us if a problem arises after service. We'll correct the problem at no charge and ship the machine right back to you.

This Service Must Be Expensive !

Absolutely ! Just kidding. We charge a flat rate per machine. The labor rates are as follows:

Electric Tape Machines:     $77.50 plus parts

Manual  Tape Machines:    $47.50 plus parts

Actually, many companies find it less expensive for us to do the service rather then tie up the maintenance department that is involved with more important facility problems.
